Raised in a small town, as a granddaughter of an artist, Kelsey Faykus has uncovered her love for watercolors and her gift of creativity. She is in awe of the intentional and loving Father Creator and delights in painting creation through her lens.
Kelsey Faykus is traveling around Texas with a mission to capture places of significance. Fascinated by the way humans attach memories, emotions, and people to spaces - Kelsey looks to create art that allows for these things to be relived over and over.
She is currently in Taylor, Texas working on a series there.
Kelsey is deeply in love with Jesus - she finds purpose and feels most whole when she is creating. Being made in the image of God, she adores the creative nature of God.
She looks to living in the "life to the full" that Jesus came to give (John 10:10).
